As a licensed general contractor backed by over 14 years experience in the industry. Michael Ferris serves as the RMO and Director of Construction for the Koala-T team. With a degree in real estate and property development, Michael has managed over 600 residential renovations and dozens of ground up in-fill development projects. His extensive knowledge and passion for real estate and home building are evident in every project he leads.

As the winner of 2025’s BIA Purchasing Professional of the Year Award, Morgan’s passion for building homes as well as connections in the industry shines through in the every project she touches. With a degree in structural engineering and a background at one of the nations largest builders, Morgan’s experience and leadership are an integral part of our success.
